DESCRIPTION :
The new PeakTech 3349 was specially developed for use in trade and industry and offers a variety of useful functions that simplify daily work, especially in dark or noisy environments.
The illumination of the large LCD display is automatically activated by a photo diode in dark surroundings and there is also a bright LED torch on the back for measuring station illumination. Above the 6000-digit digital display is a multi-coloured LED bar. Depending on the active measuring function, it lights up green for continuity testing, red when voltage is detected in NCV mode, yellow when measuring large capacitances or flashes red when phase testing mode is active (LIVE).
In addition to the extensive measuring functions for current & voltage (True RMS), capacitance, resistance, frequency, continuity and diode, this device has, among other things, temperature measurement, non-contact voltage testing, phase testing, relative value and a data hold function. It was manufactured according to the latest development aspects and has a double-insulated injection-moulded housing with rubber coating, a service flap on the back, via which not only the battery can be replaced, but also the high-quality fuses.
The measuring range selection on this unit is manual, which enables particularly fast response times.
